from santa fe to taos, new mexico

today was afantastic day of riding. we left santa fe and we arrived in taos, new mexico early this afternoon. taos is a really funky city with lots of artist galleries. we're sleeping in ther taos chabad house for the night. tomorrow, we enter our 4th state, colorado. there'll be a lot of climbing the rest of this week and we'll actually climb a few thousand feet higher than denver. but ultimately, denver will be our shabbos destination. i hope everyone enjoys the pictures from today. a few of them were taken specially for jon and joey- hope you have a good laugh together. after climbing a mountain for close to 3,000 ft, i was able to take some pictures that overlook the rio grande. not sure they came out so well on my phone, but i hope you enjoy them.
